| How long has this been? lol.
Since I'm in HK, it's about 1 hour till 2008. Time for a mini-recap!
So.. here goes:
-My 2007 started off in tears, from crying that I passed Organic Chemistry (CHEM 203). Such a miracle that I actually passed, omg.
-Minus 20 pounds. Took me 2 months, but I've made it. It feels good to have some confidence again. You know... walking into Zara, seeing clothes you like, but none of them fits.. is a horrible feeling.
-Meeting Chembuddies. I'd never be where I am without you all -- my problem sets marks would be 0/5. XD Plus I'd never pay attention in lectures if you all weren't around (okay, not that I really pay attention anyways <_< haha). Thank you... Julia, Mayanne, Helen, Veron, Shu Ming, James, Josh, Kenneth, and Grace~!
-Wes dumpling. I will never want to take a course with you again.. Why am I always the one getting B's and you take all the A's? (lol)
-And most important of all, I'm a big kid now! I finally get out of the house, alone!! XD
Now time to sit back and countdown! Yay!
and then in 7 days I get to face Chemistry again!! o_O;

| I keep forgetting to post this.... lol. So okay, it's 4 CHEM's and 1 STAT in term 1, followed by 6 CHEM's in term 2. Term 1 has 3 labs, but term 2 has 4 (CHEM 310 and 309 labs are combined in term 2...). I better not die from this. D:

| So much on my mind lately. I can't sleep, and it's almost 7AM. Great. Time for a Xanga update from me...
So I'm back from 2 months of Hong Kong and I'm doing summer school now. Biochemistry 300, hell. Actually, I love the Organic Chem bits... but that's it. :P
This HK trip is actually the longest time I've stayed in HK since grade 5, and it actually means a lot to me. I managed to go around HK by myself, to places I've been and never been. I never knew I could be this independent -- I actually knew my way home!! XD
This time also broke my "travel" record -- I finally had a chance to try First Class seats on planes, except.. it's not Cathay Pacific's. :( Plus, I don't think I've travelled to 2 different places in summer before... It was fresh. :) Hehe.
School-wise -- I got all courses I wanted.
Term 1: CHEM 304, 309, 312, 330, STAT 200. 3 labs. Term 2: CHEM 302, 307, 310, 311, 320, 333, 4 labs.
Let's see how I'll survive 3rd year Chemistry... especially term 2. u_u
Saturday's gonna be fun! If Soupz's reading this.. u'll be pwned outside of video games! mwhahaha. XD

| 1 more month of HK till I'm back to Vancouver... Nuuu. :(
10 years ago, I always wanted to go out by myself and travel on trains and buses alone. During that 10 years, I'm either stuck in Canada or too lazy/scared to go out. Thanks to Eric, I finally managed to take the step.. and go out myself. Finalllllly! :D The ironic thing is that I do have to take trains and buses everytime.. just to go HOME! Unlike 10 years ago, when the mall is just downstairs of my home! Ahh. :( I'm glad my dad thinks I should go out too, or I think I'd just rot at home... and eat eat eat. and gain weight like mad. >_<; Okayy back to playing my DS! | | |
| So much happened over the last week...
Day 1:
My school marks are back. I got a great great mark for Organic Chemistry (CHEM 204)! =) 78%! Revenge'd at last!
Okay, the highest mark in my class is 83%... so I think my mark is okay enough already. <_<;
My average is now back to a normal UBC average, but I can do betttttttter!
Day 2:
I bought my DSlite! I ended up buying an ice blue one, despite I had to pay an extra HKD $200 for it. Other than that, it's perfect. =)

The funny thing is that I bought my Pokemon Diamond game before I bought the DSlite... which was a stupid move. XD
Day 5:
My laptop works again! It turns out some parts of my laptop was loose, so nothing worked. This means... I won't get a new laptop until Christmas! Now I can wait for the cute Mac's to come out.. Mmmhmm.
Day 7:
Allergies are scary -- I look like I have just gotten out of a bee hive. O.O
P.S: If anyone's in HK, feel free to call me.
